What is the application process like?
It’s simple and can be completed entirely online. You can follow the “Apply Now” tab at the top of this page to fill out our application! Please note, there is a $50 application fee per person applying. This charge helps cover the fees for running credit and background checks.
Which deposits are due before move-in?
We typically ask for a security deposit in the amount of one month's rent, along with your first and last month of rent to be submitted to us prior to the agreed upon move-in date.
What can I expect on Move-in Day?
We will meet you onsite at the property and do a quick-walk through with you to make sure the apartment is move-in ready for you. After that we will test the keys together to ensure you have ease of access to your apartment. Then you're off to enjoy your new space!
Are you pet friendly?
As long as they are friendly to neighbors and guests, we allow both cats & dogs. Please note, there is a REFUNDABLE pet deposit in the amount of $500.00 if a furry friend will be living with you.
How are maintenance requests handled?
You can expect us to respond to your maintenance request within 24 hours. We kindly ask that all maintenance requests be submitted through your TWA to make sure that we attend to each one in a timely manner.
When can I expect to receive my security deposit back?
A security deposit refund check can be expected to arrive to your new mailing address within 30 days of your move-out date.
