Founded in 2012, Rhombus Properties is a privately held, vertically-integrated real estate investment firm headquartered in Philadelphia, PA. Our investment approach is long term, value-oriented and opportunistic. Rhombus’ portfolio holdings are comprised of residential, commercial, hospitality, and industrial properties, as well as CRE loans in the United States.
Management
Rhombus is a full-service property management company. We believe that no third-party management team will put as much effort and care into managing our properties as we do. Our hands-on management approach ensures that our team gets to know all of our properties intimately. We directly oversee all building improvements, repairs and maintenance, and we are accountable for all aspects of management. As a result, all of our buildings tend to run very smoothly!
